Payment may only be made online. We use the paypal system, however you DON'T need a paypal account to pay via this system. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Maestro).
We only offer a top class service; we aim to deliver within 3 working days. Your delivery may require a signature. You may choose to have a gift delivered to any address in the UK, and message from the sender (please put this in the special instructions section on your order). Delivery is £3 or free for orders over £50. At present we do not offer International delivery (but we are working on it!)
We hope that you will love your purchases but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give a refund. We ask that you return your purchase complete with all items originally received, along with proof of purchase, within 14 days in its original condition stating the reason for returning it. A full refund will be given less any postage costs. We recommend that you return your gift via a guaranteed service as you will be liable for its contents until it is received by us. In the unlikely event that goods received are faulty please return to us with the original receipt within 28 days.
